Endorsement Announcement, Vigil Tomorrow!
NCFL Indivisible Proudly Endorses Angie Nixon for U.S. Senate
We’re excited to share that North Central Florida Indivisible has unanimously endorsed State Representative Angie Nixon for the United States Senate.
Our Steering Committee sent out a poll to our active members - the choices were to endorse Angie Nixon, Alex Vindman, or to not endorse anyone in this race. We also assured them that we would support the winner of the primary against Ashley Moody regardless of the outcome of the vote.
100 percent of the respondents chose to endorse Angie Nixon for US Senate!
We believe Angie Nixon has demonstrated the courage, compassion, and determination to stand up for everyday Floridians and to fight for our democratic values.
Throughout her service in the Florida House, Angie has been a strong advocate for voting rights, reproductive freedom, public education, affordable healthcare, and working families. She has consistently shown up for her community and isn’t afraid to speak out on the issues that matter most.
Our unanimous endorsement reflects the confidence our members have in Angie’s ability to represent Florida with integrity and conviction in the U.S. Senate.
We’re proud to stand with Angie Nixon and look forward to supporting her campaign in the months ahead. We encourage our members to learn more about her campaign, volunteer if you’re able, and most importantly, help get out the vote.
Together, we can elect leaders who will protect our freedoms, strengthen our democracy, and build a better future for all Floridians.
Congratulations, Angie! We’re proud to have your back.
Vote for Angie Nixon on or before August 18th in the Democratic US Senate primary and then again in November!

Our switch to Substack helps in a couple of ways. You’ll still get our updates to your inbox roughly once a week, but you can also subscribe to more frequent content we’re planning. You do not have to join Substack to continue receiving this newsletter. If you already use Substack, you can have local news and actions in your feed, alongside HCR and Suleika and Ezra.
Substack also makes it easy for us to publish multiple contributors on different schedules. That means you’ll hear more voices and in-depth content, and stories can go out before the entire next issue is ready.
